I've been a personal trainer for 3 years and love helping people build strength and confidence. RYT-200 · Trauma-sensitive yoga · SUP yoga

Teaches: Trauma-sensitive yoga, all-levels vinyasa, gentle yoga

I have been teaching yoga for several years, with a focus on trauma-informed and accessible movement for all students. In my classes, you can expect a calm, supportive environment where breath and body awareness are prioritized, with clear options to modify or rest at any time. You can also expect a steady pace that helps you build confidence without pressure to perform. What I love most about teaching is helping people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe, grounded, and realistic for everyday life.

Reuben, instructor at Homegrown Yoga

Reuben

RYT-200, Samadhi Yoga Ashram, Rishikesh · 3 years teaching

Teaches: All-levels vinyasa, open yoga, hatha

Reuben's practice is built on the foundation of a yearlong journey through India, Nepal, Thailand, and Bali where he studied yogic asana, philosophy, and meditation. Whether you are a novice working on flexibility or an advanced practitioner working toward a complex posture, he strives to make the practice accessible to students of all levels. While flexibility and strength come with a sustained practice, the true purpose of yoga is focus, clarity, and serenity of mind, and students can expect a deeply relaxing guided meditation at the end of each class.
