Mat yoga, Pilates, and strength
These options cover any class on the schedule except reformer Pilates — mat yoga, mat Pilates, yoga sculpt, and HGY Strength are all included. Reformer is priced separately below.

Good to know
Students are encouraged to pre-register for class. Please cancel at least 3 hours before class begins. Late cancels and no-shows are charged a $15 fee. All class purchases can be refunded as MindBody credit.
